Box Section
I need to replace the outer sill on my LR Discovery and a lot of guys on the 4x4 forums reckon that 100mm x 60mm box is the way to go, much stronger
than the sills (3mm as opposed to 1.5mm) and easier to do.
Anyone know of a good supplier either via mail or around the Swindon area?

Having replaced a few sills on classic range rovers I would just buy the replacement panels from Bearmach, work out how much can be salvaged and cut
the new sill to suit.
If the sills are gone what the rear crossmember like? replacements correctly installed and treated will outlast the rest of the car.
