I actually quite like him - especially after seeing the programmes he made in Afghanistan.
I think, just like the Top Gear lot, he has become his own character over the years on Wheeler Dealers and the wide boy image is extra hammed up
(though he does remind me of an old Hale and Pace sketch with two cockneys who always wore massive watches and gold gloves everywhere they went )

Nobody has mentioned yet that he knows two shades of b*gger all about cars !
He may have sold them, but that's where it ends.
And he should know by now that there is a 'd' in Landrover !!

Ed China manufactured the upside down cars used on the top gear england vs the aussies. Has an engineering degree and runs his own company that design
and make specialist vehicles. (Including the worlds fastest sofa)

I have met Edd a few times, he's a genuinely nice guy and he's always got time to speak to people.
Paul (the mechanic on wheeler dealers) is also very friendly and has a rather sharp wit
I have never met Mike but I hear he is nothing like his persona on the box and he loves RC helicopters so he gets my vote, also he was very good on
that Afghanistan program
Wheeler dealers is a TV program and involves a lot magic, but it’s better than watching robson green torturing fish that’s for sure

Actually if you remember the program where they did the Lotus Elan and they took it up the hill at Gurston Down, Mike Brewer looks a handy driver

^^ so that'll be just like most car dealers then
the last time I was looking for a new car the guy couldn't tell me anything without reading it of the sheet (which was wrong) he went and looked
up the cars v5c before he beleved me
(I recon I'm abale to tell the difference between a 1.6 and a 1.8 focus after driving one for 3 years)
then looked over my old one to give me a px price, I had half a sierra diff in the car at the time - he didn't have a clue what it was - I recon
he would have beleved me if I'd said it was the flux capacitor
