Ford Diesel engine problems

I read a thread the other day which mentioned a major problem regarding something on the TDCi engines in ST Mondeos. Can anyone either point me to the post or thread and or let me know what the issue is?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Your question is a bit to vague, the TDCI engines have a few niggles, dual mass flywheel is an expensive item and replacement is a big job.
2.0L 130bhp TDCI blows intercooler hoses, easy fix, bloody expensive bit off rubber tube.
Starter motors seize due to filings deposited by the dual mass flywheel.

70,000 - 80,000 turbos blow, 100,000 HP fuel pump starts to break down resulting in filings going into the injectors, very expensive fix

Thsi was from a local taxi firm that ran a few of these

It was the dual mass flywheel I couldn't remember!

Thanks for the replies!
