Evening all, Im trying to finish my mini resto in time for london to brighton but really running out of time it will need an mot before i can do the
run i was just wondering whats the bare minimum that it will need doing ie: windows working as i have put electric ones in but may not have time to
wire them up obviously it needs to be running engine etc but interior wise does it need door cards to cover sharp edges and wiring? i dont think

You can check the mot manual online, it gives you a full list of things that get tested, its pretty helpful

don't panic, I've put production cars through MOT's who's interiors just had a dash, 2 seats and a steering wheel and
that's it! not probs with the MOT at all, you can pass even without a speedo (though they write down that it wasn't there) it's
nothing like an IVA
Fame is when your old car is plastered all over the internet
