strange handling on my 7
After couple of years of the road due various reasons, my 7<< is back roadworthy (ish) and off for its mot later today
I drove it last week on trade plates, for about 10 miles, yet was VERY dissapointed in the handling, it felt as though i was driving on ice al the
time
the only chassis/suspension mod done since it was last on the road is a new quick rack in place of the standard escort one
so guess what my problem was ??
its fixed now, and so much better !

Tyre related, either not enough air, rubber that has turned to concrete or a large flat spot on the tyres? My final guess is tracking!

yep, i had pumped them up over the winter to protect the tyres and make it easier to manhandle the cr in and out of the garage,
checked them today and 32 psi all round!
now 16 front and 18 back and phewwww, all back to normal

Stick them up to 50psi, grab a few spare traffic cones, and you could give all the neighbours the 'Westfield Experience' for £10 a go
Edit: Sorry, the Locost experience
