What exactly happened? I can't really work it out, did the front end hit something?

Is the Obama Limo FWD like the car it's based on?

looks like the middle of it has caught on a slope in the gate. so its kind of grounded.
i'm guessing rwd, as its supposedly a truck chassis, with a cadillac body or something
