Repairing PPC Coating

Need to patch up PPC coating on chasis any suggestions at to best product for doing this?

Call me a savage but I'm be tempted to fill any defects in body filler then spray the repair with black satin Plasticote which ends up looking damn like bog standard black powdercoat.

What's PPC coating? Google tells me it's for protecting concrete???

I'm assuming it's P powder coating (mentioning chassis and all)

Polyester Powder Coating (PPC)

The smooth finish you can get on metal prefinished from a factory and in teh case of Westfield often peels off over time
