Blinking MIL light on my Nissan (P02A1)

The check engine light is flashing on my P1-144 diesel Primera. The fault code shows P02A1 on my generic OBD reader.

A quick Google throws up mention of cylinder 2 injector leaking..but not on this car necessarily. Does anyone know what this could signify on a Nissan ??
