stainless exhaust welding

Does anyone know a good place in south oxfordshire to get a mild steel sensor boss welded to my stainless steel exhaust? I'm near Didcot

Cheers
Andy

you can do it with a normal mig it doesnt require any special technique as its not structural.

personally i would go on ebay and buy a stainless steel m18 1.5 boss just so that i didn't have to look at a manky corroded mild boss afflicting my beautiful stainless exhaust

Fizzer, I can zap a boss into your exhaust for you, as Ash says a stainless one would be better tho.

Thanks Dan, that would be great!
It's on my fury so would be hidden from view (the bung itself is stainless) not too worried if it gets a bit manky
Just need it on there to make the rolling road guys life a bit easier (and if I choose to got TB/management in the future)
U2U on its way

It's a shame you're not closer to the south coast. I took my car to Southways Rolling Road and they welded a boss on there and then so it could go on the road.
