5 point harnesses

Has anyone used 5 point harnesses? If so do you need seats with a slot for the crutch strap or can they be used with the more standard seats?

Thanks

Dan

The only problem with that is if you fit your belts as per the guide so they fit your torso then its likely the shoulder mounts will fail iva for being too low.

You'll have to space them up then take the spacers out after the test as the vosa test stick thingy is hopeless and puts my belts at a downward angle from the mounting to my shoulders.
