and all so good I'd not even want any of them well maybe to just sell on for the cash in which case I'd like the most expensive one or
all
best ever cars are the ones that don't break down, do their job and don't cost much to run

I think 1 and 3 are the wrong way round, then again I'm biased.....
But I think I agree with Mr Whippy, for the must get there on time long journey would I take the Jaguar, no, I use the L200.
My Jaguar is now relliable, but thats after a complete rewire with modern components, edis/mjlj ignition, modern carbs (as modern as the latest SUs
are) electronic fuel pump, etc..... but, it is noisy, not easy to park, get in and out of, uses lots of fuel. So just not something you would want to
use every day.

The 205 in general really was a very good car all round.

Best Ever Car? So what's the criteria then? Cutting edge inovation, looks, numbers made etc. You could go on for ages. Where is the Mini, Model
T Ford, VW Beetle, Citroen 2CV to name but one Citroen, and it has to be the Lotus 7. The Caterham simply built on the reputation and inovation of
Colins original creation, therefore famous by association.

You all had the chance to vote, this list is as voted for by us.
205 is an amazing car, If you don't think much of one I'd urge to try and have a go and be reminded what things were like before
everything got bloated by emissions regs, safety and percieved quality.
