Dodgy ad ?

The V5 ain't coming with the car... it's clearly needed for something else!

It's obviously registered so you could buy the car, and then apply to DVLA for the V5. If you have a pressing need to own an old Robin Hood and
annoy the seller that is

I read that as someone has gone to him direct asking to buy the V5, so he's put it as a specific exclusion?

I don't see any reason to break it unless the vendor has another use for the identity.
Well apart form the fact it's an old Robin Hood :-)
