Ecutesting Derby - Power Steering Pumps
Yello.
Has anyone had any dealings with ECU Testing is Derby
LINK
My MINI Cooper S Electric Power Steering Pump is starting to give up. They advertise they can recondition them for £160 - a lot cheaper than a new
one!
Thanks
Ash

My experience with them wasn't good I'm afraid.
I got a Saab throttle body from them which had an intermittent fault causing it to drop into limp home mode. When I called them they were adamant that
it must be a wiring fault in my car. They gave me the run around for several months "try wiggling the ECU connector" - "look for
chafed wires" .
In the end I got a used T/B from ebay for £15 which has been fine for several years.

I've not had anything to do with them but they do have a lifetime guarantee with the repair according to the website.
yours, Pete
I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.
