Looking for a workshop / garage in Suffolk, IP14/IP30 area
I have found out that I have too many toys and I want to build some more... And space is a big issue...
And not having ANY luck finding anything at all I thought it might be worth asking here also.
So..
I'm looking a garage, or a barn, or something with a roof to do some work on my cars and other random tinkering.
Elmswell / Woolpit area would be perfect but anything, say, from Stowmarket to Bury St Eds goes.
Looking for something at least 500 sq feet / 50sq meters.
Power is necessary, water would be nice to have.
It can be something that needs work done to it.
I will also be willing to offer maintenance on your vehicle and property if a good deal can be agreed.

I would also consider a workshop share / cooperation agreements if there is anyone with the same problem in the area.
Any help/ideas would be welcome.
Price is as always an issue, so the cheaper the better but I'm willing to pay market rate for a decent place.

We have over 5000 sq ft unit over at Buxhall and have been considering renting out some space. Initially my thoughts were to offer the space to a firm
in a similar business to ourselves or one whose business might compliment what we do however I guess it could work for an individual too. Would need
