Longshot, anyone know much about 90s Rover turbos?

Hi
Long story short, I have a mg maestro efi, and a rover t16 engine.as the t16 pretty much bolts straight in im sure you can see where this is heading!
Im getting conflicting advise on what ecu I need to source.im not sure what the engine is out of but I think its from a rover 820vitesse, it has no dizzy and im guessing a 4 gap flywheel.
If anyone knows exactly what I need id appreciate the knowledge, I know the wiring is pretty simple as long as I have the right part in the first place.
Thanks in advance
Chris

Any ECU from a turbo car, 820, 220 etc. As long as you get the turbo version.

Im not so sure . apparently theres one that ends 550 and one 960, one or the other does a 2 gap flywheel, or 4gap, one needs the immobiliser programming out one runs a dizzy not multi coil.im after a definte one to buy and get reprogrammed if necessary. The rover forum doesnt appear to have many knowledgeable people, but a lot of opinions, hence me asking here!

Cheers
Chris
