Where to buy Brass Channel Section

I need around 1 metre of 1/2" x 1/2" x 1/6" brass channel to complete a new windscreen frame for my Austin 7.

At the moment I can't find anyone able to supply and although Smiths Metals did initially give me a price of £50 + VAT they now don't seem that interested in actually supplying and I'd probably have to collect from London or possibly Portsmouth (I now live down in Devon).

Unfortunately most of the on-line suppliers don't seem to do brass channel and although it's on the Rightons website they don't seem to want to quote.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

John.

Try Metals South West in Newton abbot.

They don't do anything online, best to give them a call.

Thanks for the MK Metals link. That's the only place I've actually seen who appear to have it available.

I 'phoned Metals South West who tried to help but couldn't locate any stock.

Worth trying the owners club?

If others have sourced it they may be able to point you in the right direction .
