Friendly garage with ramp nr Reading
Got a droning noise from the front end of the tin top. Suspect wheel bearing but can't really tell which one.
Going to try and have a look at brakes etc tomorrow but if I can't diagnose on the ground, does anyone know of a friendly garage near Reading
that will throw in on a ramp for a cheap quick diagnosis ?

Couldn't really say if they are cheap but they've always been fair and helpful to me-
Maybank in Reading. 0118 975 6375. Website is the name dot co dot uk. Craddock Road, just down from Makro and round the corner from the Ford Garage
off the Basingstoke Road.
They race MX5s, BMWs, Porsches and MGs. I've seen a Morgan serviced there and they have looked after my lowly Alfa and Ford for the past 8 years
or so.
Hope they can help, worth a call if nothing else.
