Yes but it doesn't matter how much it cost to build its 15 k to buy so if it's that good it maybe a bargain for someone, some people spend
a fortune on building all sorts of kit cars only to find out there only worth half the value that they have spent building them....

But who builds a kit for the resale value, most folks build them so they can stand back and say "I built that".
And then they go for a drive............

I wouldn't pay 70k for a real Ferrari. One of the few classic/performance marques that have absolutely no appeal to me.
