Can anyone reccomend where I can take my car to get it set-up, preferably rolling road, I'm located in Telford (near Wolverhapton/Shrewsbury) Engine is '05 R1.

mine is currently in top boss performance tuning in derby to have a few things sorted for SVA as well as being tuned etc - might be worth a call

not got it back yet so cant tell you how it went till the weekend!

How far is it to Silverstone from there? TTS are top banana in my book......

im taking mine to PDQ when i get it back from AB performance.

Would like to know the map on the PC is set up right for the application

High Tech in Cradley heath are good. I went there on recommendation and am happy enough to recommend them on.

Hi Tech is good on carbs but would not reccomend for ECU. there is one in Broseley near Ironbridge who sorted my Westfield after it had been to Hi Tech and Mech Repairs in Cheltenham. He is also a specialist at Megasquirt.

Unfortunately, there are very few places that have both the facilities and the capability to run a BEC car on a dyno and build you a custom map.

Since Holeshot moved to Ireland, the only three places I know of are;

PDQ - Berkshire
Powertec - Peterborough
TTS - Northampton

the problem is chaps, this guy needs a centre who are a) autorised to tune powercommander units and b)have a dyno which is capable and suitable to run a BEC.

As Hellfire says, these centres are few and far between

one more to add is day tuner in shipley near bradford. hes does power commander and has the rolling road spent two and a half hours on my custom map. damien used to work at holeshot and he set mine up really well if anyone needs him hes on 01274 595000

Cheers guys.... so much choice now ! Probably going to take it somewhere local to get it set-up for SVA emmisions then when thats done and dusted (and the cat falls off !) I will take it get tumed on rolling road for performance.
