You cant KEEP posting the same thread, give it a few days and bump your old threads!

Why cant he keep posting a new thread does it cost money?

PSpirine - 24/1/11 at 07:07 PM

A) If he wants to sell it that badly here, then perhaps a slightly better worded ad would be appropriate.

B) Now that there's a "Recent Activity" list on the front page there is NO REASON to repost all the time - it suggests to people that it's something new, which it isn't.

C) If you're going to nitpick, then I'll call your bluff - YES, it does cost more money as it takes up more space on the forum's servers.

OP - good luck with the sale, but take the comments on board!

Happy evening all

Is bad forum etiquette.

Your brave not putting a price on there, you'll get loads of time wasters.

Also its worth spending the time listing all the parts you have available with the car, it would get far more interest, and in the end a better price.

Please note I am only telling you this because I would be interested if this were 6 months down the line! Obviously if I could buy now I'd take advantage of your poor advert

it seems to me no matter what you write some people just dont understand, sensible offers means sensible offers, ring for details means ring for details, oooooooo and haveing a very happy evening

whitestu - 24/1/11 at 08:52 PM

It's good advice to have a price - will save you a lot of hassle.

What is sensible to you is not what others would deem sensible.

gordon h - 24/1/11 at 10:02 PM

£2300 is that sensible

whitestu - 25/1/11 at 04:19 PM

That sounds like a good buy to me.
