If you dont have any joy, its probably worth popping into a local engineering company with the offer of beer tokens to see if they can move the filler for you. Should be a nice simple "lunchtime" job for someone given a properly degreased standard item.

If you don't have any luck I have a bog standard one, I could probably modify it too (back when I had a pinto in my kit car I couldn't weld, I can now)
