As stated, this is a hoax wrongly ascribed to the Australian PM, probably saying what the author wishes he would say!

I was under the impression both Christians and Muslims worship the same god, so how god could offend them is a bit puzzling, Muslims also believe in Jesus as a prophet and Mosses is in the Koran too or so I was told by a Muslim coworker.

Also seems to be conveniently leaving out the protestants too, is this a return to Christian intolerance again, a rally for the revival of the inquisition perhaps?

That's correct Mr Whippy. Muslims dont believe Jesus is the son of God, but do recognise him as being a real person and he was a prophet, as was Moses. Both are mentioned in the Qu'ran.
