Is outside jet washing patio and pulling weeds, should I go help ?
I had thought of taking her a beer but I drank it befroe I got to door, should I get another ?

A beer in time saves hassle later/builds up brownie points... or something like that 
see how many beers you can drink before she finishes! drinking AND sport, manly.
Take her a beer and drop a big hint on how such little acts of kindness really make a hard job easy (in the hope she reciprocates next time you;re busy away).
Just walk out side, sip the beer and ask 'what times dinner?'
...preferably while wearing a flak jacket and tin helmet!
Well, she's done a smashing job, so much so whilst she was in shower I prepared dinner..........
Arrives in 20 approx twenty minutes.
My missus did the same two days ago - I didn't have a clue what to do - so whilst I was thinking I cracked open a bottle of Smirnoff and thought
real hard, for quite some time - by the time I'd come up with something she'd finished!

oh, better elaborate, she insisted on getting one of those bird feeders you stick to the window, tits all over the place, hence shes jet washing the
droppings off the patio.........

Some people like a bit of gardening, it would be wrong to go out and spoil it for them.
I put a feeder up last month and filled it with nuts.
Now i get quite a few tits hanging from my nuts.
