Bit of a daft question but i can't seem to make any sense of the law
I have a full car license from 1998 with B/B1/A/AM
Does this mean i can ride a trike without having to take any further tests? or is there a limit to the trike engine size?
I've been reading on the gov.uk website but i must be blonde as i cant understand it
Try this: http://www.trikeshop.co.uk/trike_law.htm
i would also check to see if there is any one local that can mot it we get them and quads all the time and have to refuse them as we cant get the axle
on the rolling road (to wide) and the car garage cant put them on there ramp
one local owner has to travel 65 miles to have it done but he makes a day out of it and had the forsight to have it done in june

finally understand the websites were confusing me as it stated after dates the law changed but as i had a license issued before changes i can ride one
Some information on the change in legislation, apparently the industry weren't even asked.

See you made the mistake of looking on gov website not even gov understand them
i certainly did.......
they wonder why everything gets messed up
So does one not need to wear a helmet to ride them?
