Spark plug advice

Hi all,
Which spark plugs would be best in a 1300 GT cross flow.
I have a set of Autolite Optima 63, a set of Autolite Optima 64 and a set of NGK BP6ES.
Your opinions would be appreciated.

The correct grade ones for the engine. Whichever they are...
