What's the worst that can happen?
Oh yes it takes 6 weeks to get registered, they issue it a Q reg, then it rains for the next 6 months while the tax runs out!
Can't wait!

What wonderful people the DVLA are!
My local office (Manchester) issued me with my tax disc and certificate today! Happy days!

Age related.
If I hadn't asked for tax to start 1st August I would have had it earlier! I called and spoke to them today and was told it was ready if I came
in and changed the tax date.
Not bad since they told me it would be 2 weeks when I dropped the paperwork off on Monday afternoon.
