Where to get a new driveshaft made?

Who is the preferred supplier. After breaking my second "lightweight" driveshaft on my Fury I think its time to go standard or upgraded.

Been quoted £195+vat for one which seems a bit excessive. Sierra pushin if that makes any difference.

Thanks in advance

- Jim

GB Engineering did mine - excellent, old school engineers who will make to your spec.

Cheers,

Hi Jim,

I've used Bailey Morris in St Neots and found them excellent. Link below.

drive shafts

GB engineering - still waiting on mine, good communication when enquiring about having them made, but not so good, actually none at all yet, when asking for update on delivery.

Having said that if the 'shafts are as good as I'm told, then all will be well. Just want the shafts.

Jim, I've just had an idea and it's a stonker! (Modesty never was one of my faults)

Why not have a word with JP and ask him who he uses for d/shatfs?

I could do. But as far as I know JP never did the IRS Fury so I doubt he has an off the shelf supplier.

No and I don't think he did an IRS Phoenix but he did give me the name of his supplier which sadly I no longer have and I purchased a pair of shafts from them.
