Making a DXF file for laser cutting

I need to get run of ten pieces of 5mm perspex/polycarbonate laser cut. It's a fairly simple 20 sided polygon with four drill holes.

My understanding is the best way of doing this is to generate a DXF file and send it to one of the many laser cutters out there. What's my best option for doing that without incurring too many costs? Google sketch-up?

Thanks

Gary

Actually laser cutting is good as it polishes the cut edge at the same time. wish we had one at the last place i worked as it was a buffing wheel instead LOL
