Brian james covered race trailer
Hi this is a reluctant sale of my very well built and hard to find trailer, its based on a brian james trailer, and has been professionally coach
built to what you see in the pictures, it was originally built to carry a formula ford, to hill climbs and sprints but of late ive been using it to
transport my MK indy race car with full cage to race events, the trailer is very clean and in perfect working order,And tows and stops fault free..
Inside the trailer it has the following spec
Built in locker boxes at front x4
Winch mounted in center on bench
Small work bench and vice
Tyre rack for 6 wheels
short ramps included
Long ramps included
front lockable box to for more storage
Spare wheel too
side door off side
stored inside all its life
The quality of the conversion is superb, the fitting and fabrication took 100,s of hours and was expensive too, the trailer is a 2005 made trailer,
the conversion was approx 2007 and this is a very useful trailer and totally dry when transporting in heavy rain
ideal for those wet race days to shelter in and camp in over night if nessasary..
bed width 73" inches inside
bed length 168" tip to toe inside
Bed length 145" from bench to doors inside
Door opening width 72.5"
Door height 44" inches
Box internal height 53" inches
External total height from ground to top 68" max
The rear door height can be made higher upto about 8" more with slight modifaction to the panel at the top of the doors ie making it hinged etc,
i was going to do this but my MK indy with full cage did actually fit in with out the alterations as does my westfield with rac roll bar but its close
to be fair...
So if your looking for a really good example of a car race trailer for next season that has all the bells and whistles race ready.

No mate its not far off being finished to be fair about 75% done i would say not going to race it though going tin tops i think again...

Would do a deal with a flat bed car trailer as im going back to tin tops again for racing, i can take this trailer back to what i require just seems a
shame after all the quality work and expense its took it to be like it is now, can be painted externally to to match car or van etc....
