What grade of Toyo R888's
I am going to be running 195 or 205/50 on some 15's but I can't decide which grade. I have GG medium on the tintop which is about 1300kg
but I'm thinking the Locost is a lot lighter so could I use GGG's which are med/soft. I can't seem to find much info.

id get the supersoft or soft compound for sure. with the torque from that lump you dont want to be lighting up the rears every time you blip the
throttle. its just a waste if you cant get power down

GGs will be fine and last a bit longer

Yes go for the gg, the ggg will be too soft, you will find even with the gg they tend to go off after a couple of hard laps on track.
But I would go for the ao48s in a medium compound alot better tyre in my opinion.

I've done a fair amount of track time with the GG in a 340hp 200sx and not had the tyres going off really. Surely in a lighter car it will be
harder to keep heat in so a softer tyre would be better. They would last about the same comparing the weights.
I've not used te A048 before, I didnt think there would be much in it? Obviously people have their own opinions and I'm open at the
moment.

The wheels are 8J so I'm probably going to go for a 205. What are the soft like? How come your changing?
