Change of racing is the reason for sale , looking to get back into Drag Racing.
Locost Racing series Luego Chassis 1300 XFlow Locost, voted 7th most popular race series by UK Race drivers .Luego Locost, built by Mark White, Avo
shocks, Ford Lazer wheels , Digi Dash 2 , Fire extinguisher serviced till March 2014 . Belts , Sabelt, dated 2015. There is a set of wet weather tyres
on the same wheel rims with full tread and two tyres , used .
Engine is putting out approx 80BHP at rear wheels , only been run up to put on rolling road and to adjust valve clearences when hot. Tuned on the
rolling road by Dave Bogg, renowned engine tuner and all round wealth of knowledge and expertise.
Gear box freshly rebuilt by an ex Ford touring car guy called Pete Fiddell ,who was part of the works Ford mechanics, working alongside drivers such
as Andy Rouse !
Engine built by Ian Mittell,who with son Scott at the wheel won the 2011 , 2010 Locost championships, came in 2nd in 2009.( They are now racing in RGB
race series) Ian designed a new sump for it, used New ARP bolts , Felpro head gasket, all the right bits you would expect from him to use,
proffesionally bored and blueprinted, lots of parts from Burton Power., recipts for all spares and work done.
New high pressure oil pump from Burtons, new H&H Ignition set, new Brise starter motor .Alloy bonnet to aid cooling, foam filled tank, rear tow
eye, plumbed in fire extingusher etc, all reay to race this year.
High back seat with head support , elbow bar as part of the cage.
Re packable stainless steel exhaust.
Fully adjustable AVO shocks front and rear.
4.1:1 rear driff , live axle and running the type 2 Ford gearbox, brand new rear mounting, new oil, with Molyslip.
Re cored radiator with an extra row.
K& N air filter
FilterKing fuel pressure filter and Redtop solid state fuel pump, new fuel pipe from tank to pump, pump to mid line where it meets the copper, then
new to carb.
New steering column bush fitted
Digi Dash 2 , data logger, can be down loaded to lap top etc.

There is no transponder fitted - this is how I bought it and they can be hired by the day for £35.00 from the club at race meetings - and maybe a
quick respray - but only needed if you dont want to keep the same colours.
There is a small trailer with electrics but I will only sell this as an extra , but if you need one it would be £450.00 .
