MX5 Supercharger kit f/s - ntdwm

There's an JRC MX5 supercharger kit just gone up on Nutz if anyone's interested. He's asking £1500 and looking at the spec it's all there and pretty much a bargain.
Snap it up now cos I reckon it won't be there long....
Cheers, Pewe10

The bypass (from a MINI) is vac controlled from the inlet and stays open until vac reaches 0 more or less. So yes when pottering the SC is bypassed.

On a rootes displacement charger The bypass is open on light throttle which minimises the charger losses - power being dragged at the crank, when you boot IT the bypass closes and it starts loading up the belt, this can be quite a few HP !
