2lt Blacktop Block

Has anyone got a decent 2lt blacktop block ? I need something that doesn't need a rebore and is in excellent condition.

Failing that I've got two st170 blocks. One is high miles the other had surface rust on the bores due to poor storage.

Yes. Only thing wrong with it is that i've threaded the flywheel bolts on the crank. Cylinder head still attached. Yours as long as you collect.

Has new cambelt and also new big end bearings in the fubared crank

In Essex.

The scrap yard I bought it from said 70k but who knows.

I didn't take the head off but changed the big end bearings - although I didn't need to.The originals didn't look at all worn.

You're welcome to it as I was only going to stick it in a corner of the garage or take it to the dump.

Shoeburyness. Have an engine crane if you need it lifted into something. If you don't want it it doesn't matter.
