Chassis build new book

Does anyone know when the new book will be available. Will these plans be for De Dion type rear suspension?

Supposed to be the end of this week, and it is IRS not de-dion.

As the new book chassis is based on a Sierra donor, does this mean it will not accept Cortina uprights for those of us lucky enough to have some squirrelled away?

The suspension has been designed with the Sierra upright, you could always sell the Cortina uprights!!

cheers

Yep, that was beginning to look like plan B. New book will be arriving any day now, so I'll have to work up the enthusiasm to get them on e-bay, unless anyone here wants them?

I dare say you'd get a few takers if you post in the For sale section - if they're reasonably priced!

cheers

i bought the book a week ago, and received it 4 days ago... and im in spain!

however i wouldnt like to venture in IRS when a De dion is much easier... just imagine how difficult it is to make the wishbones if the front wishbones are already an ordeal to make!

But surely if you have already made the front wishbones the back ones will be no different in terms of skills required whereas you need to do something different for a De Dion.
