Cheers Rich,
Dont know what issue yet reckon could be the Sept / Oct one, have been told that Miniworld send you the CD with all the pics on. I would expect them to send that after the publish date. Was very strange driving down a dual carriageway with a photographer hanging out the window of the car at the side of you

Yep - mentioned it to them a few weeks ago and I got the picture that it was maybe meant to be a secret!

I'm stupidly interested though.

Better to phone them. When busy emails take a lesser priority at most places.

Hi,
Just got back from 2 weeks hols in Cornwall, i built and own the Mini a full feature is to be in Miniworld Mag in Sept / Oct. It is intended to produce a kit for DIY build with a variance of engines , however sufficent testing has to take place before the kits are produced. Keep in contact with MAC 1 and they will let you know when demo models are available, although i would expect them to be built over the winter period. I will be taking the Mini to Donnington Kitcar Show in September.
Cheers
Nick

I was talking to Mac#1 about this today and I'm very interested.

They're moving unit to a bigger and better one in the next week or to.

Give them a ring.

As the Mini is still being tested it is not being promoted yet.

I believe that you could easily build a same spec as mine for between 6 - 7 k.

A decision of what the kit should comprise of still needs to be made.

You are welcome to visit my home to view the car if interested or i do attend a lot of mini and car shows with it.

I believe MAC 1 are having an open day in September and i hope to attend .

Cheers
Nick

I heard a rumour that it may be the same weekend as Donnington and I know where I'd rather go (and just for the free coffee) !

If you had not over indulged on Cornish Pasties,Clotted Cream & Ice creams on holiday you might get a few more MPH out of your car .
You still owe me for taking your kitchen sink to Newark so you could get more MPH & MPG from your MAC1.
Go on Get your push bike out you know you want too.
