needed a small alternator
what car has the smallest alterator ie. in size i mean but gives out over 40amps? I need to get a small alternator.

bit pricey mind you but done the job well

Used Bedford Rascal on mine.
2CV is a bit smaller. But you need to sort a separate regulator (which is why it's smaller I guess!!! ).

Ive used small Micra alternator on my Pinto. Does a great job.
