Forge Action Day 12/09/2015 Castle Combe
A cheap track/test day
£12 to get in and £35 for a 15min track slot.
Great fun without committing to a full on track day, just book a few sessions
I'm driving up from Christchurch although need to hire a trailer (if you know anyone let me know)

I'm doing two sessions in my tin top,they are dedicated to Briskoda though.
The open to all sessions are a bit dodgy imo,some of the standards of driving are scary.
There is a reason track day insurers won't insure for these action days............

Few little problems through the day but overall we had an amazing day... thank god the sun came out!!
Not sure what happened with the track times? I think they were 1Hour behind at one point so started combining sessions...
Did you have a good day?

Yeah did two sessions and was spot on.
A lad in our session totalled his westfield at quarry though,bent the chassis good style 
Yeah there were a lot of delays,our 11.45 session was an hour late.

I did see that... Looked expensive! You can't lift over the crest... It just does not turn out well!
There is also a video on YouTube of an orange r1 powered 7 loosing it at the s bends and hitting the tyres... A clip turbo lost the rear end and did
the same. Clio 182 trophie rolled...
Glad to make it home in one piece

Ah no the Orange striker,wondered what happened to him when he was driving slowly back to pits.
Very fast he is around combe.
