Not given up, just too much else on ive not done anything in earnest for about 2 years. Had a tinker with some bits this summer but was thinking of
selling to go racing so didn't do much.
Maybe this spring!!
Sadly fog really spoilt this one, delayed start, closure by 1130 due to fog, they took lunch early to try to make most of the time, but track still
did reopen till about 1:30 so was a freeforall when it was open, with only 20 cars on track so massive queues and further stoppages for fog. I only
got about 3 sessions so about 30-40 laps in.
Heres the last session of the day for me, as you can see everyone was trying to make most of the time so not being to cooperative. Fortunately the new
Avon ZZRs gave me a massive advantage over most.

Looking good. Bet that blue Caterham got sick of seeing you! .. hard to tell on the vid, but was the track dry?
I had some pals at Oulton on the same day, their day was cancelled due to fog.
Yeah both Oulton and Snetterton were canceled completely, I almost wish this was as atleast we could argue for a credit from the TDO.
Track was damp in sheltered places (druids, exit of clearways but small dry line had appeared in places, but lack of runing and sun meant it wasnt
drying much.

I did wonder how little track time a TDO has to give before they don't refund?
None from what i read in terms for ours anyway. Providing they reschedule, and even then they can still charge more.
There shall be no refund made by us if the Event is terminated either on the day of the Event or shortly before as a result of adverse weather or
other matters which in our reasonable opinion are beyond our control, provided that we will use our reasonable endeavours to arrange a replacement
Event. At such additional costs (if applicable) as are reasonably obtainable.
