Haynes roadster c20xe
Hi I'm building a Haynes roadster c20xe
I'm following the book messurments to the . I'm just wondering if anyone nose if I put the c20xe engine in do I need to make
The engine bay bigger or will the standered engine bay be fine ?

A C20XE will fit into the original locost book chassis so will definately go into a Haynes chassis OK

Normal is getting dressed in clothes that you buy for work and driving through traffic in a
car that you are still paying for - in order to get to the job you need to pay for the clothes
and the car, and the house you leave vacant all day so you can afford to live in it.

with the Haynes you should be able to fit it sideways lol
Life is like a bowl of fruit, funny how all the weird looking ones are left alone

And mine - Its a snug fit, but the ground clearance with a chopped down sump is only 2.75 inches.... Dry sump would be better, but meggabucks....
Luego Locost C20XE.
Build start: October 6th 2008.
IVA passed Jan 28th 2011.
First drive Feb 10th 2011.
First show: Stoneleigh 1st/2nd May 2011.
'Used up' first engine may 3rd 2011!
Back on the road with 2nd engine may 24th
First PASA mad drive 26/7/11
Sold to Mike in Methyr Tydvil 19/03/14
