Blanking rubber grommet
Hi, I need a blanking rubber grommet to block a hole about 63-64mm in 3mm thick aluminium. Does any one know where I could get one from ebay and
google have come up blank.

Loggyboy it needs to be flexible as the steering column passes through it, Eggy I had a look at Grommets but they have a minimum order of £30 unless
you know better?

You dont need a sealed grommit then. I see..
With some sealant this is as close to 64mm as i can see
Original 2.125"' (54mm) Lucas Black Rubber Bulkhead Grommet : Part No. 51164621
Alternatively one of these could be trimmed to suit.

What about cutting out a circular shape out of a sheet of closed cell foam and bonding it to the panel or cutting out 2x circles and bonding them to
each other with the panel edge in between. I take it it's just for draught and moisture exclusion.
