Supercharged MK Indy R, ultimate track/fast road car

After much deliberation and soul searching, here we have for sale my pride and joy, my MK Indy R which weighed 535kg at IVA. This car has been
pampered! Total investment to date is in excess of £25,000.00. The car is stored in a heated, air conditioned garage to ensure it is kept in the best
conditions.
The chassis is the Mk Indy R chassis with optional full roll cage fitted from new by the manufacturer. Finished in black gel coated bodywork with GSXR
decals and extensive genuine carbon fibre additions. First registered in 2010, the car has covered less than 8000 miles and has been serviced and
cared for religiously. There is an 11 month MOT remaining, which runs out on 23rd May 2018.
A TTS Performance Rotrax Supercharger installation was professionally installed in November 2015, boosting power to 223.29hp at the wheels, which
equates to around 260bhp at the crank. Torque is also up substantially from 62.96 to 98.54 ft lbs. Remember this car weighs 535kg, so power to weight
ratio is around 486bhp/tonne. Thats the same as a Lamborghini Aventador!
In addition the 2005 GSXR 1000 K5 engine benefits from the following spec:
Baffle plate with swinging pick up and wet sump (billet sump) with oil cooler

As you can see, the spec is extensive with no expense spared. This car is brutally quick and makes an ideal track car, although she is fully road
legal and I do in fact use her on the road more often than anything else. At the same time, she has been built with some comfort in mind, for example,
instead of lightweight hard seats, she has supremely comfortable and expensive Corbeau Le Pro seats installed.
I am the second owner from new, having owned the car for 3 years. The original owner and builder is a mechanical engineer and his kit car builds are
well known and respected in the industry, with this car and his current car having featured in kit car magazines and been on manufacturers stands at
shows.
Extensive paperwork is included in the sale to maintain the history of the car. £16995 or near offer.
