Hi I am considering buying an unfinished MK Indy but the scuttle is scratched and the bonnet is not with the car, does anyone know if i can still buy the body parts for the Indy or will the parts fit from the Indy R ?

As far as I know the indy and indy R use the same panels and both are are still in production so you should have no problem getting them from MK

Yes, both the Indy and Indy R share the same bodywork, the scuttle and bonnet are available to buy from MK, and are both around £130 each.

Repairing a scratched scuttle should not be too hard. Neither is making your own bonnet from ally. I am very experienced in screwing up everything on my car, which is still not going after almost 4 years, and I did it, so I am sure you can too. Don't waste your money on things you are very capable of doing yourself. Just an opinion, mind!
