Clamps for boosted induction system?
Can I ask what is the best clamps to use to avoid boost leaks. I purchased quality stainless jubilee's but I have to keep nipping them up.
Any suggestions?

Look for Mikalor clamps.
I use a generic of them that you can find on Fleabay for a fraction of the cost of the genuine ones and they have been holding 1.3bar for several
years now. Watch out that the ones you get may have mild steel bolts that will rust. Mikalor are the best and are all stainless but cost several
groats each! Don't bother with jubilee clips as they are not suitable IMHO for any reasonable boost pressure.
Also you need to swage the ends of your tube or fit several pop rivets near the end to give the hose something to grip (obviously they need to be
behind the clamp so that there is no leakage if you use the pop rivit method.

Cheers. Disappointed with the jubilee's and have used Mikalor on my exhaust.
I noticed really neat narrow bands in some of the bigger cars and was wondering a about those?
I have swagged ends and also plan to make as many of the hoses as i can permanent maybe with some super glue ?
I am running less than 1 bar but the car developed a nasty misfire at the weekend and appear to have fixed it by nipping up the clamps

I've been buying boost related stuff recently from eBay seller - auto performance.
They have mikalors and joiners etc. quality seems fine.
