Maybe a bit pedantic but, if it's a barn find, it would've been stored inside (in the barn) rather than outside since 1977?

Someone obviously feels it's worth it.

Hows it worth that much? I reckon the amount of work required would render it liable for IVA were it would loose its ID and come out with a Q plate.. would it be worth 20K then?

He didn't say 20K, Coozer - he said 20x 'that' (presumably he means the £4500)
So he really meant £90,000. (I think).
