Hi
Can anyone tell me what this is?
It's plumbed into my rear break line and there are a couple of spade connectors on the top of it.
It's a pressure switch for the brake light....

Yup. Definately one of those. Shame people always install them with the switch above the brake line. Means you get a little air bubble under the switch which no amount of bleeding will get rid of. Much better to install them with the switch underneath the lines!!

Well I hedged my bet when installing mine, and put it sideways.

No, I think that was the oil overflow pipe location suggestion
I turned the switch over then re-bled the rears and they're working fine again now.
