How to lose 15 stone? Easy. I remember watching Brainiacs and one fella had some grub and then took a dump and lost 2 pounds. So.. 210 pounds in 15
stone, divided by 2 = 105.
If you take 105 dumps without eating in between you should be 15 stone lighter!
(This may or may not be true)

No But I've read a few stories like that and I've been aware of it's nuclear capabilities for a while. My dad's a nurse.

Talking of weight loss I've just seen an article online concerning 50 cent's weight loss for a movie roll....
