Dell
Dell has fantastic support...well out here in Ozz anyway..
My mom gave me a dell Laptop...it wouldnt connect to the wifi hub...I called dell..they tryed to repair it with online diagnostics whickh didnt work
so they made an apointment a geek dude came over thenext day..to my house and had a go fixing it there...he replaced the wireless card still no
luck....but thats the service they gave...
fault turned out to be the MAC adress of the card was no switched on so the computer did not know it was there all fixed....
never had a computer tech come to my house to fix any of my other 10 brand names before so fell off my chair when that happend really...

They have fantastic support here too. Except that they wanted to charge me £49 an hour to talk to a tech over the phone.
That was after buying 30 complete systems off them!
