Oil sandwich plate

Im trying to fit some gauges to my gsxr engine oil pressure and temp however the way suggested is to use an oil sandwich plate this however is proving to be near on impossible. Does anyone know where i can get one with a 20x1.0 thread lots of 20x1.5 about not 1.0 or is there another way of doing it.

I take oil pressure from the main oil gallery, bottom front left when fitted in car, I take oil temp from a sensor in the sump.

Have you removed the original oil pressure sensor and used that hole? and have you drilled and tapped a hole in the sump?

Yes re oil pressure, I had a aluminium spigot welded to the sump then drilled n tapped that for oil temp.
