my MNR has it ( Rover v8 Power ).
2.5 years old > 4000 miles covered.
Ride hight adjustable indipendantly of winding more spring on.
Using a lot lower poundage spring due to 'rissing rate' ( IIRC ) of the inboard set up.

In Board Suspension
Yes I have inboard suspension with pushrods and rockers. It is more complex and extra weight.
The main advantage (in my opinion) is I can have a 1:1 wheel to shock motion ratio.
It also keeps my expensive (as in £300 each) shocks out of the road dirt.

Or go straight to my website - lots more photo's there. Link at the bottom of this post.
I designed it based on AlanB's design but have altered it slightly since to accomodate Saab top ball joints (the standard transit ball joints
were not up to taking the load). Do a search on here for AlanB and then link to his web site for some excellent ideas and photo's for
inspiration.

I think the Sylva riot (and mkII striker) have what you are calling rockers (I'd call the 'rockers' on push rod systems a bell
crank)
