tattoo design software
sorry half paying attention and just screwed up that last post big style
Anyone know of a good site for getting tattoo designs? Or even better some tattoo designer software, being a miserable Scottish git I’m not keen on
spending me precious money
Also are there different types of ink? I had heard one type is prone to looking like poo after a while going all smudgy like, do colours not merge
over time so it looks like you’ve fallen on a pizza??

if you're too tight to pay for the design of it, go even cheaper and don't have the tattoo.
i'd have thought even you'd have seen that one mr W!

Tattoo ink in virtually all studios now is the same quality and more often than not the same brand. (and quite expensive!)
I do not know of a tattoo design software as most people want to sell you Flash images.
Apart from my first tattoo (when I was 16) I have designed all of mine myself. I've also designed 6 for other people that have got them (inc
Fiancee) and a few for people that haven't.
Even though I have designed them myself, I have always gone onto t'internet for inspiration.
Google images is an obvious first port of call if you know what you are after...
I don't know whether you know of this website:
http://www.bmezine.com
The above website is not totally work safe - the front page is fine, but there are portions of it that show images of piercing done on various parts
of male and female genitalia, so please only look at it if you are ok to do so...
You are asked to either join or submit a story/eperience of your own Body Modification.
If you do neither then you are only allowed to see upto 15 pages of images in each tattoo category - believe me, it's certainly enough to get
you going!!!

Yep, Indian Ink
? what's that? you mean that designs you see Indian women have on their hands?
Thanks Steve, that looks a good site. Don’t mind paying for the tattoo just don’t want to waste money on crappy sites that are no use and just want
your sign up money. Will have a shifty when I get home. I know exacty what I'm after but have yet to see someone with the same, I'm not
quite sure I'm up to design it myself tbh

Dont sweet shops still sell those you lick and stick to your arm? Used to look just as good as the old guys with their blurred old seadog jobs.

Depending exactly how tight you are, you could get your wife/girlfriend/other half to draw the design on you in biro. It wouldn;t last that long but
you would get to change it every so often

Get some tattoo sleeves!
I've managed to avoid getting tattoos all my life but I'm tempted by some of
these
yours, Pete
I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

do you have an idea on the design you want if so try searching through flickr with the style you want or have a look through www.vanishingtattoo.com
i found mine in a magazine in a tattoo studio in benidorm the place was a sh*t hole so i made the excuse that i didn't have time to get it done
so the lovely young lady on reception photocopied it for me f.o.c and i had it done when i got home

We were actually talkin bout this in work the other day. A couple have learnt from bad mistakes (one looks like a big scab with a celtic design)!!
but they basically said if the tattoist pulls out a stencil walk out!!!!
The best ones willl be able to take what you describe draw it on paper then do it freehand onto you

Prison tattoes
Always a bad sign when you're sizing up your opponent in a pub fight.....
For short stints most people wait until they get out and do it properly. It tends to be the long-term residents that DIY with a biro and a razor
blade......

I guess there are two schools of thoughts, those who are into tattoos and those who just don't get it.
I just don't get it.
Each to their own I guess.

I had a barcode done on my arm for two reasons.
1) The experience (including the pain).
2) The numbers under the barcode are my daughters dates of birth as I'm sh*t with dates and it will mean something in 30 years.
